| Our first experience with Molyneaux in the South Hills was to purchase tile for our entryway, hall closet and powder room. The salesman was very helpful both in the store and also when he came to our home to show us the product in our own environment. He made excellent suggestions on design and was meticulous in his calculations, drawings and instructions for the installers. He was flexible in setting the appointments to meet our schedules. The individuals who came to install the tile were prompt, polite, considerate and extremely hard working, along with being excellent craftsmen. Within two days they had taken out old carpeting, removed the old commode, leveled the floor, installed the new commode, installed the ceramic tile and new baseboard and cleaned up. Everything was done in a professional manner and with an eye to detail. I have had projects done before by other companies, but have never had one completed without a hitch as this one was. If this is a "normal" experience, you couldn't ask for better! - Bartolo |
I was extremely pleased with everyone who I came in contact with at Molyneaux. Vince was great at the store helping me pick colors, Steve was very detailed about how the installation would work when he cam to measure and finalize the color. I cannot say enough about our installer, Dave. He told me he was "the crew" and he's all you need. He not only did a super professional job on our vinyl tiles in our kitchen, while glue was drying, he adjusted a door sweep that he noticed was too low on my newly installed laminate floors in the adjoining family room. Who does extra work for no reason these days? Dave does at Molyneaux. Definitely will only use Molyneaux in the future and will tell all I know to do the same. Great Job. Karen T.

Jim Girton did a great job bringing samples and helping us to make decisions in our home. He handled every detail perfectly and made sure we were comfortable contacting him to verify that things were proceeding well. The scheduling calls happened as promised. The installation team of Roger Richardson and Rod Muntz was the most professional duo one could ask or hope for. At every step, they made certain that they were doing things in the way that would be most convenient for us. They worked as unobtrusively as possible -- not easy when the entire house was being recarpeted! They cleaned up and made sure the house looked better when they left than it did when they arrived. We have already been telling people what a wonderful experience we had with everyone from Molyneaux -- and will continue to do so.

We had a great experience with the South Hills store. The salesperson (Nancy P) made the whole process so easy. I made the initial appt. on line and she showed up exactly on time with samples. I got the installation date I wanted which met my need for holiday entertaining. The 2 installers were great. They were both so friendly and accomodating. They made a chaotic scene as easy as it possibly could be. I would definitely recommend Molyneaux and definitely use them again. Tracy G

We recently had carpeting and a bathroom floor installed by Molyneaux. It was a wonderful buying experience. Our Salesperson Nancy Perhach came to our home to show us samples. It was so easy to be in the home with the samples. It made choosing the new flooring a much smoother process. The gentlemen that installed the floors were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with customer service at the Mt. Lebanon Store. Salesperson, Steve Chase, was knowledgeable, not pushy, prompt on house visit. Selected wood laminate. Delivery and installation was timely as well. Installers professional, neat and efficient. Overall very pleased with new kitchen flooring. Looks great. Mary J

Molyneauxs installer Chris Goodman and his helper were outstanding. They worked very systematicaly moving furniture and putting it back. They were hard workers and did the job in a very timely manner. Molyneaux south hills was a pleasure to deal with and i was very pleased with the work. i highly recomend them

I ordered carpeting from the McKnight Road store for 2 bedrooms, livingroom, diningroom, hall and steps. It came in when promised. The salesman, Michael, was very helpful with our selection. The installers were very courteous and very efficient. They moved all the rooms of furniture without a problem. They even took some paintings down off the walls. They cleaned up afterwards and removed all the old carpeting. I had a very good experience. I previously ordered carpeting from them 2 years ago and was very satisfied.

I recently bought three rooms of carpeting for my home in the South Hills at the Molyneaux store on Route 19. The experience went really well. The other stores had similar deals and similar brands, but I got personal attention when I went to Molyneaux and they hired the best installers and everything went very smoothly. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience buying carpet from Molyneaux's South Hills store.
